Millar MultiMedical, LLC is an integrated practice partnership with Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist. Having us all located under one roof in our opinion, gives you the best of several different treatment options without having to drive all over town. In 2003, Dr Greg Millar had the vision to integrate medical doctors, chiropractors and physical therapist. The question was "could they all play together nicely and help the patient". The answer was a resounding YES.

By integrating care with different specialties you "the patient" often gets the best of all worlds. With multiple doctors looking over your case and your problem you get the thinking of the many instead of just one. In 2006, Millar MultiMedical came to the attention of UAB Dept of Neurosurgery. At that time UAB Neurosurgery was developing its Chiropractic Care Network. Dr Tom Spurlock and Dr Mark Hadley of UAB Neurosurgery saw what Millar MultiMedical was doing and invited Millar MultiMedical to join UAB in integrated patient care through its Neurosurgery Treatment Network.

In 2008 we opened Millar MultiMedical - Madison offering the same great integrated care to the patients of Madison and Huntsville. The response has been overwhelming. In 2009 the Neurosurgeons of UAB Dept of Neurosurgery started holding clinic with us at our Decatur Danville Rd location. Now patients didn't have to drive all the way to Birmingham to get UAB Neurosurgeons.
