We're Chiropractors located in Decatur, Alabama.  Dr. Greg Millar, Chiropractor first opened Millar Chiropractic in 1997 in this little house on Briar Ave. Dr. Greg likes to say, "We started in that little house on Briar Ave off the Beltline; and, by the Grace of God, we have grown into one of the largest Chiropractic group practices in Alabama".  We are now Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Center^TM. with 6 Chiropractic offices in and around the Tennessee Valley. We are proud members of the UAB Dept of Neurosurgery Chiropractic Care Team. We were voted by YOU as #1 in Business for North Alabama for 2010.  But, our biggest joy however is treating several thousand of your Decatur friends and neighbors over the years. Dr Misty Browning DC LPTA (Chiropractor and Lic. Physical Therapist Asst) joined Millar Chiropractic three years ago. She worked and trained for two years under Dr Millar at the Danville office. In 2009 two things happened. First the Chiropractor that was practicing at "Briar Ave" left to move to Hawaii. And secondly, the Danville Road office became just "too busy" and patients were having to wait "just too long". Listening to the patients, Dr Greg and Dr Misty decided to split the Danville practice and move Dr Misty and one half the patients to Briar Ave office. It worked. The patients were delighted. They could now get quickly in and out with the same Millar quality treatment that they had come to know.

Dr. Misty is wonderful with pregnant patients. In fact you might say that is one of her specialties. She also has managed and treated lots of neck pain and low back pain with bulging and herniated disc problems working with Dr Greg for two years. She likes to say, "I treat kids from birth till 92". Dr. Misty Browning, DC LPTA is an integral part of the Millar Chiropractic Doctor Team.

Dr Misty is truly wonderful with kids and they love her special treatment.  She and the wonderful staff and team at the Briar Ave clinic understand the special needs of children. Over and over again, we hear so many good things about the Briar Ave Office from the patients.  They love the caring, healing atmosphere. They like the Kid friendly place and feel like close friends or family when coming for a treatment. Dr Misty even has Nemo fishy adjusting table just for kids.  With all the mom's and kids coming to Dr Misty, we decided to tell the world of this wonderful unique practice. There are just so many things that Chiropractic and alternative medicine can do for children and their special problems.
