My Buddy Diet

On our WAAY to Get Fit, we’ve chosen the “My Buddy Diet”. This diet or fitness program is not a fad diet but a lifestyle modification program that changes 5 areas of your life, Diet, Rest, Exercise, Activity, and Mental State. We will remember them using the DREAM acronym. Each week we will modify our lifestyle in Diet, Rest, Exercise, Activity, and Mental State. In doing so we will DREAM our Waay to Get Fit TOGETHER. 

Goals differ for each Buddy individually depending on a number of factors such as your level of fitness today, your current health status and medical condition, your needs and your desire. The "My Buddy Diet" is a fresh approach to the old problem of weight loss, wellness and fitness. The "My Buddy Diet" is more than just a diet it's a lifestyle modification program to help you get fit.

You can join two ways. You can become a patient of Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Center and let our Chiropractors manage you on your Waay to Get Fit or you can each week download or print the 13 Free weekly lifestyle modifications plans under "My Buddy Diet" areas of Diet, Rest, Exercise, Activity, and Mental State, and go for it. If you want us to help or manage your program as a patient, the Doctors of Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Centers we are ready to assess your current wellness status, help you set realistic goals, and help you succeed in your "My Buddy Diet" program. 

No one should try to lose weight alone that's why we call this the "My Buddy Diet". Find your buddy and join us. If you don't have a buddy we'll help you find one. We have had calls from all over the USA telling us that they are joining the "My Buddy Diet". You don't even have to live near each other as we have one buddy that lives in Huntsville and her buddy, her mother, lives in Arizona. What we have is a Waay to Get Fit and that works.   

Dr. Millar and his wife Tracy have now signed the "My Buddy Diet" contract. Over the next year their goals (together as buddies) are:   

  1. 1st Buddy Goal is loose 80 lbs over the next year.
  2. 2nd Buddy Goal is to gain lean muscle mass (as muscle burns more calories than fat) and tone up. We will measure body fat percentages and track the Body Mass Index.
  3. 3rd Buddy Goal is to become more flexible and increase Range of Motion.
  4. 4th Buddy Goal is to loose 40 inches overall.
  5. 5th Buddy Goal is to feel better overall, have more vitality, feel better about ourselves. 

Join with us on the WAAY TO GET FIT! All you have to lose is the weight.

Now read and put into practice each of the five DREAM areas each week. Diet, Rest, Exercise, Activity, Mental State.
