Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Centers are affiliated with the UAB (University of Alabama Birmingham), Department of Neurosurgery, North Outreach Clinic,  MillarMultiMedical, LLC and The Disc Treatment Center in Decatur Alabama.  At the UAB North Outreach Clinic the neurosurgeons from UAB Dept of Neurosurgery hold clinic (see patients) along with our Chiropractors and the Doctors of our sister company, Millar MultiMedical. We work with our medical doctors every day. We also try to work with your medical doctors,  giving you continued care from doctors you already know.

     Additionally, all or our Chiropractors specialize in the non-surgical treatment of bulging, prolapsed, and herniated disc and the radiating pain (usually arm or leg) that often accompanies disc problems, degenerative disc disease, degenerative facet problems, sacroiliitis, and arthritis of the spine. We utilize DTS Decompression Traction Systems, The Disc Pump, Cox Flexion Distraction, Cold Laser, and other modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, diathermy and core stabilization exercises in the treatment of disc related cases.

     Often we co-manage severe cases with the Medical Doctors of our sister company, Millar MultiMedical. This is a multi discipline integrated group practice with Medical Doctors, Osteopathic Physicians, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists.
